Answers before you book

Do I need to come with my partner, or can I attend alone?
Both are welcome. Many clients start with individual sessions before bringing a partner or family member in, and some issues are best worked through one on one first.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Every conversation held with our counsellors is private. Details are never shared with family, employers or third parties without your consent.
How long does a typical counselling program run?
It depends on the concern. Premarital coaching usually runs four to six sessions, while ongoing family or marriage counselling is paced to your progress rather than a fixed number of weeks.
Can sessions be held online?
Yes. We offer video and phone sessions for clients outside Lagos or with tight schedules, alongside in-person sessions at our Ikeja office.
What does a first session look like?
We start by listening. Your counsellor will ask about what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what a good outcome would look like, then map out a simple plan together.
